Adaptive Learning

Adaptive Learning

This is an alternative pathway — a school-based vocational pathway, not a standard NSC. It is a skills-focused, Skill-to-Work programme designed to meet every learner where they are.

About this pathway

Breaking the Traditional Mindset

Instead of asking

Can this child manage matric?

Ask

  • Where does this child show energy, confidence, and ability?
  • What environment helps them succeed?
  • What qualification leads to a meaningful future for them?

“Different does not mean less. A pathway should fit the child — not force the child to fit the pathway.”

Qualification Awarded

Upon successful completion of the programme, learners receive a Grade 9 School Leaving Certificate, recognising their educational achievement and readiness for further learning, skills training, or vocational pathways.
